With regard to any rejected shipments, we reserve a right to charge a fee of 30 euros which will be deducted from a total refund amount.

This is an old thread, I suspect OP has long gone by now.

I believe that term was not in the Ts and C's at the time I ordered them.

For clarity, I took delivery and decided to keep.

To be fair they never stated they were in the UK, there is talk of Euros and customs charges from outside the EU, there is also a charge of 30 euros for rejected or cancelled deliveries

Sadly this is another case of not known who you are actually buying from and thinking a union jack means they are in the UK.

I refused receipt of these today, and informed DHL I wanted them returning to the shipper. QuietOn stated I will get my refund 14 days after they receive them back.... Assuming this is a full refund of £249, what I paid for them. I didn't pay the customs charge (extra £69.76)
