Fixed Charge Notice from Napier Parking

Good Morning all,
First of all, I have read the Newbies section, this instance it is for a Fixed Charge Notice. They have photographic evidence of the entry and exit of my parking and the times I did so. I paid for a ticket but was 20 mins over as I was attending counselling. The issue I have is that they claimed to have consulted with the DVLA and sent this notice to the address, BUT the address they sent the FCN was at my previous address in which I haven't lived at for 3 years. My current address is different and is stated on my drivers licence.
My letter has finally got to me but it is now past the 14 days grace to pay the £60 fine, now I'm facing £100 fine. I have appealed the fine to Napier explaining the error that they have made. I have not had a response yet, but from reading others experience with this company, I am not expecting much help. I'm prepared to pay the £60 fine, but not prepared to pay the £100 due to the letter getting to me late, due to wrong address
What direction should I take next?

Nothing to do with driving licence; it is your V5C you need to update, it's therefore your error. That doesn't mean you have to pay. Did you advise Napier of your correct address for service. Do this now with a data rectification notice to the DPO of Napier or you might find a claim form (and judgment in default) going to your old address.1

ahh bummer.....i best check that0

Hello and welcome.
The address on your driving licence is irrelevant.
I guess the address on your vehicle's Registration Document (V5c) is out of date.1 -
I was attending counselling.
Where was this?was it an NHS site?
have you complained to the site owner?
From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"1 -
Ipswich wolsey car park
Not a NHS site
I have contacted Napier.
Even at the old address, it only arrived today, and because of postal strikes im past the 14 days grace0 -
Send the Data Rectification notice to dpo@napierparking.co.uk TODAY1

all sent with my new address

And no paying this. A 'Fixed Charge' is just Napier's phrase for a Parking Charge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
