Upvc window drainage holes issue

I am in dispute with a window company about the drainage holes in my new windows. 1 window they have agreed to replace but where do I go for technical information - there are holes leading to inner chambers as it looks like they have drilled away part of the wall of the next chamber when drilling the drainage holes ( they said they routed them but the edges are all lumpy like a series of drilled holes).
