Speaking to a human at DWP about mistakes in Winter fuel payments

Hello! Forum newbie here. 

Does anybody have a number I can speak to a human on at DWP about winter fuel/cost of living payments please?

They've made the mistake of thinking that my Mother & I live together, as I have all her mail sent to my address (she has Alzheimer's). They've known

this for years, but now that I qualify this year for the fuel payment, they've assumed we live together, so we've both been cut short.

It's impossiblle to contact them on the freephone numbers. You just get sent around a loop of recordings & then cut off.

I've tried the email system from the website several times, but there's been absolutely no response.

I need to speak to an actual person.!!!!
