Co-operative Switch Bonus

Does the switch need to be full or I can do it partially switch in order to get the £125 referral bonus?
I tried to read the terms and conditions but did not mention the need to be fully switched.

Refer a Friend | Current Account | The Co-operative BankTo be eligible for the offer, the person you’re referring must:
- Not have a Co-operative Bank current account of any type
- Open a new Co-operative Bank Current Account or Everyday Extra account
- Complete a full switch from their main current account to their new Co-operative Bank account using the Current Account Switch Service.

Is that an issue though? You can easily open a new 'burner account' in 5 minutes. Then switch it to Co-op.
If I'm not mistaken, you are not new to this forum.
How come you don't have several current accounts ready for future switches?

The requirement for a switch using the Current Account Switch Service (CASS) effectively requires you to do a full switch. Partial switches don't use CASS, and therefore wouldn't be eligible for any incentive.1

All my accounts are currently 'tied up' with either linked savers or having recently switched (unless I can leave Lloyd's straight after getting the bonus??)0 -

As for the Lloyds incentive, I'd check your terms but from past experience once the incentive has been paid there's usually no requirement to maintain the account. The only reason for keeping it would be to qualify yourself for additional rewards (eg. CL lifestyle benefits, etc).1 -

Thanks.
The first para about the referrer says cashminder is ok. But worth checking the terms out anyway.
As for the 'friend' being family, yes that's ok, they can't rule out family (they won't even know someone is family unless they have a list of all your relatives!)

@Zanderman thank you. I wonder why this is not on the main MSE page? This will make me feel a bit happier now I've missed the nationwide deadline!0
