Not low fat but I posted some ideas earlier this month here:

I mean some may well be low fat. The loaf I baked was fatless!

I just use my normal recipes and use low fat meat such as 5% fat mince or cutting off fat from stewing meat.  If you want to fry off veg use an oil spray rather than pouring in oil to the pan.  More often though I just microwave the chopped veg to soften before adding to the SC.

I appreciate your input but I don't like Facebook. I've been raiding the archive here and websites.

For stove-top cooking I can get away with draining excess fat off 5% mince then adding water to the pan for frying off onions, peppers and root veg for an oil-spray effect. I'll go the microwave route. Thanks for the suggestions.

I have gall stones BTW, so it's a health thing to avoid playing Russian Roulette with fat.

If i think the meat may be fatty i make it the day before and once cold skim the fat off the top before reheating.
