Morning All
My car was parked at a retail park and it is said to have been parked for 2hr 13mins (with a limit of 2hours)
My understanding is the person went to a toy shop and did their Xmas shopping and initially overran by 3 minutes (having spent just shy of £400) however they had to go back into store due to the clerk over charging, time stamp on receipts made this 10 mins later than the initial purchase due to re-joining the queue
the shop has been spoken to and the, not so helpful, manager initially said they would get it cancelled then 10 days later (having had to chase him up) decided he wouldn’t

It is not a fine.
Appeal using the template in blue text you will find in the sticky thread for NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from the keeper except add a line stating that the NTK is non PoFA compliant and incapable of holding the keeper liable so they should cancel now to save themselves money.
Complain to your MP
If possible, take whatever you bought back to the shop and return it stating that you can no longer afford to shop there if it comes with a £100 parking charge every time.
Complaints must be done by the keeper without revealing the driver's identity.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

If it's a retail park maybe he couldn't you would have to contact the land owner. But this is Highview who are beatable don't reveal the driver's details.Use the newbies appeal, and follow the process.1

but it is all my childrens Xmas presents…
is below (with added piece you said) correct?Sorry if I wasn’t meant it start a new thread, it’s just so stressful
thanks
Re PCN number:I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner. There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle. If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.NTK is non PoFA compliant and incapable of holding the keeper liable.0 -
Yes, that looks okay.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

But please don't do that appeal yet.
Also there is a better (bespoke) one on the first page of this forum, TODAY, that just killed off a Highview PCN.
Please don't ask for a link... No idea which thread but I replied 'easy when you know how' so you can go find it in my replies. if you can't see the other Highview thread on page one or two later today...
Complain to the Head Office. Which store? Complain about the manager lying to you. INSIST the PCN is cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
