Fine on company vehicle

My Daughter received a parking fine via work for her company car, from Saba. She appealed via email and they sent her 2 emails asking questions which she’s replied to but received nothing else. Today she got a debt collector letter, again via work. So she called them and firstly they tried to say we haven’t had any emails, then they said we have but the issue is you can’t appeal as your company needs to appeal. The company have emailed them to confirm she is the driver BUT they said she could pay the fine if she wanted, so she can pay the fine bit appeal?
Furthermore, they say she can’t now pay at the reduced amount despite them receiving an appeal.
Can she do anything about this? It seems like a bit of a scam.

No the company needs to be told they dont need to pay and no one should be paying.
You cant appeal and pay
And no she was perfectly entitled to appeal as the driver and this is a case of keeper liability
Since the parking firm have a confirmed driver, via a driver appeal then liability can not rest with her company
So POFA conditions are not satisfied for keeper liability.

Today so that she didn’t have to waste anymore time on this she offered the £60 without prejudice and they said she had to pay the full amount. So they won’t let her appeal, they won’t her pay the reduced amount which should be available after a first appeal but they will accept £100!0 -
Tell her not to waste her money and stop thinking about paying it1

If they have only recently named her as the driver she will be sent her own PCN to appeal. When did her work transfer liability?zoemk12 said:
But what should she do? Work have confirmed she was the driver so if she just ignores they will keep hassling her work which would reflect badly on her.Grizebeck said:Tell her not to waste her money and stop thinking about paying it
it isn't a FINE and you don't actually pay these things. It is astonishing that people think these are fines, and that some people want to pay these scam PCNs.
There is an entire Announcement thread about what to do (see my signature).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
