Deliveroo complaint

Does anyone know how I can escalate a complaint with Deliveroo? 

I am trying to get a refund the restaurant have said they will give me but Deliveroo declined the request without passing it to the restaurant. Attempts to resolve this through customer services say they'll investigate when I provide further information but end up in giving me stock replies clearly without any investigation. 

I need a different route than going through their customer services email.

    If the restaurant have offered to refund. Get them to send it direct.

    Other option google Deliveroo complaints & see if anything comes up.

    The food was undercooked (raw pastry). The restaurant accept the food was not to their standards and are waiting for Deliveroo to pass the refund request to them (I've contacted them directly as well as through Deliveroo).
