help with failed asda order but money deducted from gift card

Last week tried to order a lego set when putting in the gift card details said error in process confirm auth, no order number or confirmation of order but deducted 2 x £35 ,I have been trying to contact various online departments and telephoning but not getting anywhere . Does anyone have any ceo contact details or head of customer service please?
