Please please can anyone help me.
My neighbour has died, Im dealing with 'Stuff". He has an active eBay account which I donit know the password too (which is totally as it should be!)
How can I get them to close the account please?
Keep getting emails saying stuff hasn't arrived / been dispatched etc but all bought after his date of death and I would have no idea where the stuff was anyway and do not want to start sending stuff off etc.( and anyway cant access addresses. labels etc.

On the eBay main page at the bottom contact us0

Go through to the online robot chat - type 'eBay representative'.
This then gives the option for eBay to call you back or to continue with the chat and speak to an 'actual' person.....1 -
Eventually the buyer's would be refunded if the items are not sent.
