Please please can anyone help me.

My neighbour has died, Im dealing with 'Stuff". He has an active eBay account which I donit know the password too (which is totally as it should be!)

How can I get them to close the account please?

Keep getting emails saying stuff hasn't arrived / been dispatched etc but all bought after his date of death and I would have no idea where the stuff was anyway and do not want to start sending stuff off etc.( and anyway cant access addresses. labels etc.

Thank you

PS I have the same problem with Vinted 🤦🏼‍♀️

doesn't actually give me an option to speak to anyone to explain the situation and none of the options  cover this situation. Added to which I cant sign into the account anyway
  • Go through to the online robot chat - type 'eBay representative'.
This then gives the option for eBay to call you back or to continue with the chat and speak to an 'actual' person.....
  • Eventually the buyer's would be refunded if the items are not sent.
