Sorry to hear that.  Happens sometimes and it all turns on the contract (the signage).  You were VERY unlucky because almost every case re Llangrannog is won in court by Defendants.

    Which court & Judge?

Glad the Judge appears to have refused the fake 'fee' and reduced the claim.  This is the end and you must pay in full to the solicitor immediately (next week is OK) to avoid a CCJ.

There is no way to get such data from a private company.

OPS will get their come-uppance in a dish served cold by the Government.  I doubt OPS - who I consider a greedy pariah - will survive very long in the new regulated statutory environment from 2024.

You coming back here in August to join us to get the new Code & law over the line and past the rogue PPC industry at last?

Read my posts about the Judicial Reviews and the upcoming PUBLIC CONSULTATION.

See you in August for your revenge. Don't forget!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Damn, tough luck. What was the reason that the judge awarded it to OPS?  I see the claimants legal rep are still trying their usual tricks (side room and no WS)!  You must pay according to the instructions on the original N1 claim form.

Signage was sufficient so if I'd not been able to pay within 10 mins I should have left.

I'd only taken photos of the non working machine on the night I got the ticket, not all the signage, so I couldn't evidence the 15 minute grace period sign was there the night I'd parked. The judge was interested in that picture but it wasn't date stamped. Re the BPA inspectors report, OPS WS included an email from BPA July 2020 which confirmed BPA had no further recommendations. The Judge queried if the signage was lit, the legal rep commented that even if it wasn't I have headlights.

OPS submitted Just Park info showing other vehicles had paid, I'm kicking myself slightly for not being quick enough to respond that it was evidence of payment, not evidence of every was able to pay within the 10 minute grace period, which in hindsight is what the legal rep had implied.

Pay as per N1 form - great thanks, I was wondering about that.
