October 2022 price cap unit rates
Hi all,
I have been trying to to find out what the current price cap is per unit of energy, however I found two different set of figures. Unfortunately I am not yet allow to post links, but if google the phrase "Energy Price Guarantee: regional rates - GOV.UK" the price list will be your top hit.
This website has a different price list, however it appears to be in line with what electricity companies are quoting, so I assume this site is correct. But why is the government quoting lower figures, or have I missed something?
Thanks

Are the government figures excluding VAT?0

All figures are excluding VAT, this gets added to your bill afterwards
