Yes, it's a know issue, they're migrating customers onto a new system, but it seems to take ages, happens in dribs and drabs and I'm personally not sure that the new system is any sort of improvement - at least for customers.
There should be a link somewhere on the page allowing you to go back to the old system to see earlier bills etc.0 -
yes i have been migrated to the new web page design very limited detail at the moment, frustrating when your trying to make energy saving actions but cannot see the impact they may be having.0

As I mentioned earlier, there's a link to something like "View my old documents" which takes you back to basically the old interface. If you can find that, your old bills, meter readings etc should be there. Please save any bills that you haven't already, just in case they subsequently vanish.
But I would strongly urge you to keep your own records going forwards - record and photograph your own meter readings regularly, work out your own usage and always save a copy of any bills issued. This strengthens your position in any future dispute over billing or meter issues.
BG have perpetually underestimated my annual use (despite giving them monthly reads for years), which results in them setting my DD too low and also returning any credit I build up. So I monitor my own use as I go along and if I get a bill that puts me in to debit, I manually pay the debit amount from the refund that I'd put aside. So their silly system would put me into difficulty if I didn't keep on top of it for myself. It really pays to take responsibility for your own usage and not just assume that the energy company will get it right.0 -
