Unknown Clearscore Alert

Ive had an account from JD Williams added to my clearscore account, i have Cifas Protection and no lenders have looked at my file for 6months and their are no soft or hard searches on my file, is this an error, what do i do (it wasent me) thanks in advance

Dispute it with clearscore, they will look into it for you.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

I had this. I received an email from them saying my account will appear on my bank account as another name and it was nothing to worry about. Then got an alert from clearscore.
I had a jd Williams account about 10 years ago so contacted them raising a complaint for keeping hold of my data and adding information to my credit file. They apologised and said they had received numerous complaints and that they had moved to new accounting system that pulled old accounts. They removed the information from my credit file.1 -

Did you manage to get this removed from your credit file? I have just got the same thing - JD WIlliams is showing on my clearscore credit file despite the fact that I have never signed up for credit with them. I do buy from Simply Be, but I always pay via a debit card/PayPal. I am annoyed.
