Can my accountant be "read only" on business bank account?

Said it all in the title really, but I hear that Natwest charge extra for this and Lloyds don't but are there any others that let your accountant or an employee have "read only" access. By that I mean they can see statements and transactions but not spend money.

If your business Internet banking let’s you have multiple users and allows the setting of user payment limits you can do this, depending on the system. Set a read only or nil limit for payments.1

The other way around about this, with “making tax digital”, many bookkeeping and accountant softwares like xero will let you connect directly to your bank account and credit cards, automatically downloading the full statements that can then be used for reconciliation purposes.1
