The Sandisk ultra II is an SSD.The sony has 128GB of storage, has it got an SD card plugged in?Just in case you don't realise, you can see all the storage in This PC. Type "This PC" into the search box, then select "pin to start menu".Now a picture of a PC has appeared, and clicking on it opens the file manager at the top level. If you have money to burn, Scan were offering the 2TB Samsung 870 QVO SSD for £120 ish last week, which is a good price.Otherwise pick any SSD size from a make you have heard of- don't waste money on second hand though, they are usually pretty much worn out. When the time comes to change the PC you can use it in the new one, or if it won't fit buy an external case and make it into a portable drive.Another possibility which may actually be easier is to get an NVME drive and an adaptor card "NVME PCI express card", which just plugs into the expansion socket on the motherboard that would take a video card. New computers, especially the compact ones use NVME drives, and again adapters to make them into a compact external, or usb drive are available.I'm afraid I've never used one, here is a video fitting one, he does go on a great deal about the bios, and not being able to make it a boot drive (which won't affect you), but it works with windows fine.
