Served 22 years and retired on AP75 pension in 2010 at age of 42. I am 55 in Jan 2023, will my pension increase?

Yes, it will. Did you term commute? If so, then your pension will be restored to its pre commutation rate, then cost of living increases will be added to age 55. Increase will be between 29% and 26%, depending on the exact date you left in 2010, plus an additional 10.1% from next April.

Note that you will have to apply for your pension to be brought into payment - they won't contact you.
After a 22 year career it should already be in payment.
