Sainsbury's Online - Superb Call centre staff.

After many bad experiences, I have a dread when I get a message to call a callcentre. I got a message from Sainsbury's Online to give them a call re an order I'd placed - apparently I'd entered the expiry date incorrectly. Minor issue, but the way it was handled was so well done - polite, professional, warm and friendly. And it won't hold up the order. Superb!
