LG Smart TV Freeview not working.

I have one year old LG smart TV with built in freeview. Freeview channels were fine till it stopped working 2 weeks ago. All free view channels have disappeared. Tried to retune and no programmes found.
I have just tried the same antenna cable in a older TV and works fine. I was thinking it was antenna issue.
What could be the reason? Anyone with similar issues?

Can you clarify that you used the correct selections when retuning. Not sure with yours but mine has several option at retune.
