HSBC Online Bonus Saver: how to withdraw?

When I tried to add a payee to this account, I got an error "you cannot add payee for this account". I also have another saving account but got the same error when trying to add a payee. So how to withdraw money from this account? (I do have a current account at the moment but am thinking of switching away...)

Thanks for the tip. Was that relatively straightforward?

I’ve been trying to open a HSBC current account to pre-empt a potential withdrawal and it’s been an absolute struggle.
