Did you make the complaints to Shakespeare/Martineau that I suggested, pointing out that they are unlawfully acting for a dissolved company?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1

Ask the MA for a copy of the email trail under your SAR rights.
Tell them they may redact names and email addresses from the email trail to protect personal data of others, but you want the substance of what was asked for and the replies - including dates - the actual email trail, as evidence that the MA/landowner wants the PCN cancelled. Such evidence is important and is within the rights conveyed under the SAR provisions of the DPA 2018.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey,
@Fruitcake - I was saving that for close to when my 30 day extension was up, but that was my next point to them - hoping that would be the point where they dropped it.
@Coupon-mad - I have copies of emails between my MP and the landowner where they are stating that they have no control over the fines issued. And, they had asked PCM to withdraw the fine and PCM refused stating it had been issued in accordance with their parking terms and conditions.I mean it really begs belief that a landowner has gotten somebody operating on their land, that point blank refuses to do as they ask. What kind of situation is this?I am firmly of the belief that PCM are utter garbage, and I vow never to pay a parking ticket that they issue on a point of principle and will fight them all the way to court, just to take up their time. Awful organisation. All that said, with thanks to my MP, the landowner believe it or not, has stated that although PCM refuse to drop the fine, the landowner will pay them as a one off and as a gesture of goodwill. I mean I am grateful but I really don’t think it should have ever have gotten this far. I was parking my own car, in my own space, the same car in the same space for the previous 4 years. So it is good news, but only because I persevered and followed all your advice on here. I did also state to the landowner that should I incur any losses by going to court I would be seeking to recoup these via legal action against the landowner and I was absolutely deadly serious about this. I am also disappointed that PCM will be getting money for this fine (albeit not mine), but hopefully if this does anything it wakes up the landowner into realising what kind of company they have working on their land and they swiftly get rid.
It’s a happy ending but hopefully provides some insight into just how abhorrent PCM are.Thank you everyone for all your help, you’ve been amazing.Misteeeq3 -

All that will happen is that whatever money they pay to PCM will be divided up and charged back to all the tenants/residents as part of an increased service change.
Or to put it another way... you and all your fellow tenants/residents will share equally in your misfortune.5 -

Or to put it another way... you and all your fellow tenants/residents will share equally in your misfortune. They chose PCM to manage the parking as they were the only ones who agreed to do it for no charge, which then of course means they’ll be making their money purely from fines and therefore it was no doubt inevitable that legitimate residents will suffer. The phrase pay peanuts get monkeys comes to play somewhere here lol. They’re cretins.1 -
They are not fines.
Very few parking companies charge to operate on a site. That doesn't mean they don't charge to cancel a PCN.
They make their money from issuing PCNs. If nobody breaches the Ts and Cs then they make no money, so they deliberately set Ts and Cs to ensure motorists do breach them..
Refusing to cancel a PCN when instructed to by the landowner/landholder is their normal operating procedure.
Charging the landowner/landholder to cancel a PCN is normal.
It just shows how poorly the landowners are in agreeing to a contract where they relinquish control of their land to such an industry.
Paying the PCN, whether it be by you or your landowner, is funding and perpetuating the unregulated industry.
You said yourself this was a one off. What about the next time you get a PCN, or when a neighbour gets one, or a delivery driver, or taxi driver, or visiting medic?
On a residential site, once any parking abusers are gone, their only source of revenue are the residents and their genuine visitors.
