Oct and Nov vouchers received by email but email from Scottish Power Dec say monthly discount has been paid.they have sent a request via the prepayment network to credit your electricity key. You will need to top up to allow this credit to be transferred to your payment key.It may take up to 3 top ups  before this appears on your key. Looks like they have changed the way we get the credit. I have a traditional pre payment meter (non smart) lets hope this works

Nothing , absolutely nothing received from SSE and they have the nerve to say :

as if I haven't tried multiple times by all means known to man, woman, binary    to get my vouchers and they still don't send anything

Checking British gas website it says vouchers for Dec will be issued by 7th Dec, which is before any postal strikes.  Has anyone received theirs? I tried contacting them but no joy on phone as waiting hours, and live chat usually places me around 290 in queue.  I got Oct and Nov around 13th of month and redeemed them no problem, so can't make complaint.

Nope, haven't had mine yet - and got my other 2 around the same time as you. I did get a Tracked 24 package yesterday (Sunday 18th) and that was sent on the 9th!! Then I got a Tracked 48 package today (19th) that was sent on the 17th!! It all seems a bit random and unpredictable - and Royal Mail are supposedly prioritising packages aswell. I'm not worried about the voucher being a bit late.

It was in-between strikes, not before, there is still a huge backlog and it is unlikely they will have caught up until mid-January at the earliest. You can find plenty of pictures online of Royal Mail warehouses with thousands of sacks of undelivered post due to the strikes, anything sent on the 7th could well take until January to arrive.
