New John Lewis Credit Card balance transfer issue

I recently had to switch to the new John Lewis credit card issued by New Day and when I tried to transfer a balance to Sainsburys they said they didn’t recognise New Day. Anyone else had this problem?

Yes, Sainsbury can’t transfer to new day you’ll have do a money transfer and send it yourself I’ve had to do this recently.
