Does anyone know of any genuine Win11 tower pc deals? Ideally I'm looking for SSD alongside an HDD. I've been happy with Dell in the past, but am willing to consider other brands.
I'll be using it for normal home use, zoom etc, but not gaming.
Any suggestions?

Why not buy a tower with an SSD and expansion space, and fit the HDD yourself? Might be more choice available that way, might work out cheaper1

Trust me, it's easy. If I can do it ....Annie1960 said:
Good idea, but I have no clue how to do that.googler said:Why not buy a tower with an SSD and expansion space, and fit the HDD yourself? Might be more choice available that way, might work out cheaper
You can learn. There are YouTube tutorials and guides all over the web to tell you how.
Connect a few cables, essentially.0 -

Any suggestions?Just had a call from a friend earlier asking similar, but no complexities like extra HDD
It's for their 'home office' but will probably get light use.Any suggestions?

An HDD as well as an SSD is not a complication - many off-the-shelf computers have this, which is how I know about it!0 -
Is there any reason why you feel the need to have an internal HDD? Don't pay over the odds to have it. Internal SSD alongside an external HDD for storage can do the trick.Annie1960 said:Does anyone know of any genuine Win11 tower pc deals? Ideally I'm looking for SSD alongside an HDD. That way you have a much bigger choice available to you.

Hi,you don't say if you want new or refurbished. What's wrong with what you have now, has it an HDD, if so could swap it for an SSD and use HDD as external storage.0

I noticed that the Dell business desktop site offers the choice of a 512 ssd or a smaller 256 ssd and a 1TB hdd. Astonished to see that the latter knocks £250 off the price.Annie1960 said:J_B said:Annie1960 said:Does anyone know of any genuine Win11 tower pc deals? Ideally I'm looking for SSD alongside an HDD. Oddly, all the dell business towers seem to come with win10 installed, but I assume they can get upgraded to 11 easily? Obviously, best to check! No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1

Also, OP, why do you feel you NEED Win 11?0
