UNKNOWN DIRECT DEBIT

I have a DD that comes out of my bank every month. How can I find out who it is payable to. It is a CVRPLAN then a 10 digit number

    You say 'every month'... how many months?
    Have you bought an appliance  (possibly from Curry's) with a cover plan?

    CVRPLAN is Currys/PC World label. The 10 digit number is likely to be the cover plan number.

    Have you looked to see when it was setup? Thought back to then about anything you may have bought? The Currys Group have operated under large numbers of brands especially around mobile phones, depending how long ago you've been paying it.
