Ring doorbell type

Hi are there any doorbells like ring etc that I can use a app on my phone. Where you don’t have to pay a subscription to.

Yes there are a number of them on Amazon that operate via rechargeable battery, have a SD card inside for recording and can be accessed via an app on your phone without subscription. I have one, it runs out of charge fairly quickly but you can hook it up to a mains powered doorbell if you have one already.

Do really want to keep changing battery frequently, I could get power near by, and then use a transformer if that’s possible

Blink doorbell can be used without an subscription but you'll need the sync module to store footage. Also look at the more expensive, but arguably better, Eufy doorbell, again with no subs.
