Missing energy grants

Hi I'm with British gas and have not received any of the energy vouchers for my prepayment meter. I've rang several times and they keep moving the dates of when I should get them. I'm still waiting on Octobers and now November voucher hasn't arrived either. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Lesley.
