Friend not paying full cost of tickets ordered

Most certainly your friend should pay the full amount of any tickets purchased on her behalf plus a half of any costs incurred like booking fees and postage. I suggest that you share the responsibility for booking events or alternatively when you receive the next amount rounded down draw her attention to it or automatically round up the cost to the nearest fiver. If she notices and comments you have the opening for a discussion. 
Some people don't like to have odd amounts taken from their bank account,  I know, my husband rounds up or down accordingly!!!!!!
