Pension Credit free TV licence?

hi all - looking for some help please.
Trying to get the free TV licence for my mum who is on pension credit (I am 99% sure that is an entitlement when on that benefit?)
I go on the tv licence web site and put in details and it just says 'you are on the 75+ licence' and she pays monthly.
Nowwhere does it say how to get the discount or anything.
Can anyone who has recently done it help me a little please as the site has a faq's but nothing that shows where/how to do it
Thanks

Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Well the links work, and take you to a page saying 'pension credit' 'needing a concessionary licence?' , but once you click through and enter details , there is no tab or link to say you are on pension credit...0

It just keeps bringing you back to sign in page and then once you're signed in it says 'you are on the 75+ (or 74+?) licence and no other option after that0

I thought that you had to be 75 and on Pension Credit?
I'm on Pension Credit but under 75 and I'm not eligible."All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well."1
