2019 Default by My Jar query

Hi all, it has been a while since I have been on here and nearing hopefully the final miles of paying off my debt! I have recently checked my Experian credit report and was extremely surprised to see a default noted against perch capital from Nov 2019. Perch took over a My Jar debt earlier this year and I have never received any notice of a default from my jar and have had a regular agreed payment plan in place which is ongoing now with perch with a few hundred left on it. I emailed perch last week explaining the above and asking for any info the had received from my jar about a default in case I had missed something. They told me they had nothing. I have this morning emailed my jar asking for a subject access request and explaining the above.I know they have gone into administration - I checked the website for the firm carrying out all of that and they advised to email.
Whilst it is only 3 years till this drops off my credit file and I knew nothing of it for 3 years (!) I am feeling at a loss where to go if I don’t hear back from My Jar which looks likely. Any ideas would be gratefully received from you knowledgeable lot. It’s my only default on the file.

The default is the status you want - otherwise you're looking at an arrangement, which will not drop until 6 years after you finish paying.
Don't let the default be removed in favour of the AP, whatever you do.1 -
Thanks for your advice. I had thought that if they have no evidence of a default having been issued then I can try to have it removed from the file or put a note on there - long shot I know. I’m still in informal payment arrangements with other lenders and they don’t show on my credit file at all. Very confusing. Will see why the sar comes back with as they’ve acknowledged my email now.0
