Still missing first COL

I didn't receive my first COL payment so I fill in the missing payment form. I was then sent a letter confirming that I should have got it and payment will be made in Due Course. Still waiting 2 months on. I have contacted universal credit and they say the payments are nothing to do with them.
Is anyone else still waiting?

My first thought is do they have the correct bank details? Did you change your bank account at any point?

No, not changed account. I also received the second COL payment last week in the same acct as benefits are always paid into0

There seems to be no way of progressing these payments with DWP. Perhaps try your MP.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1
