Windshield PCN without clear PCN number - how to appeal?

Hi all,

I recieved a priviate PCN from Premier Parking Solutions with blurred PCN number:



Looks like the PCN number is xxx315. (Any other guesses are welcome)
However, I tried this number and several other combinations on their payment system to see some evidence - the result is ticket not found:


Also tried their appeal system - same thing - ticket not found:

Not sure if this is some kind of trickery to stop me from pay or appeal so they can crank up thhe price, or worse, trying to lure me to pay a wrong PCN...they did mentioned that they will cash out any payment without a refund.

Should I email them as the keeper ask them to identify the correct PCN number and provide an explaination? 

I understand according to the newbie guide I should wait for the NtK, but I really don't want to wait for that NtK which might come too late.
AFAIK, PPS will not forget the NtK and they will even pull some shady tactic to skip all the appeal stage and drag people right onto the court - i.e. send NtK dated super early but delivered way outside of relevent period, along with debt claim letter from their partner BWL: Premier Parking Solutions and BW Legal - NTK received 35 days later, Any help would be appreciated! — MoneySavingExpert Forum
Just want to avoid the same thing from happening..

Parking isn't my speciality, but I'd say you're correct on the PCN number.

I'd also deem that 'The Warehouse Plymouth' isn't sufficiently detailed to establish where the vehicle was. Someone will probably be able to confirm this in the morning (I'm only up as I need to be at Stansted at 4am)

Unless its a lease or hire car wait for the NTK
Why would you worry about an ntk coming late
Unless you get a landowner cancelation you will most likely get a court claim

You should redact your PCN number. You don't want someone to carry out a jolly jape by making an appeal, admitting liability, and being rude to the PPC in the process. It has happened.

Plan A is always to complain to the landowner and your MP.
Do not reveal the driver's identity at any point.

If a landowner cancellation is not forthcoming then as above, wait for the NTK to arrive then compare the PCN numbers before appealing.
Meanwhile read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES to get yourself up to speed with this unregulated industry.

Hi all,

Quick update on this case.

Submitted an SAR as keeper using (outdated) information they have got on me in the previous case.
I know this sounds like a dumb move, but I just want to see their evidence before that NtK (might or might not) come.

Who could have thought, their DPO replied to me without any data but "we have not yet gone to DVLA" and cancelled my PCN.
Well, that feels like a deflection - it is not the data from DVLA that I'm interested, isn't it. 😏

Waiting for another twist - if the NtK (ever) comes.
