Window update error

This failed with windows update today - Realtek-Extension 1.0.0.156 install error 0x80070103. When I restarted the laptop as requested for the windows updates it started doing a bios update. Its an hp one, new and did the upgrade to windows 11 few days ago. have tried troubleshooter and doing update through device manager. When going to realtek site it doesn't have windows 11 under system category so don't know how to install that way. Any solutions welcome - with much thanks. Urk

Anything not working? Particularly sound wise?

If all ok, then ignore it, error just means a newer version or duplicate is already installed.

Try another windows update / reboot cycle and see if it goes away, otherwise ignore it if nothing is broken.

Everything working sound wise and otherwise to my knowledge have done several update and reboot cycles to no avail. Thanks alot.
