Ryanair poor responses

I've been trying to complain to Ryanair for almost 2 weeks regarding their staffs poor behaviour, which lead us to have to pay €55 each to check in at the airport. Originally they were replying but with the same answer and not responding to my original complaint. They have since stopped replying to me. I found the CEO's email address and contacted them. Again no reply. Anyone have any suggestions how I can take my complaint further?
Many thanks

What was the poor behaviour and why did you have to check in at the airport?0

Depending on the airport it's likely to be Ryanairs appointed agents rather than their staff so any complaint is likely to be as effective as !!!!!! in the wind
As above what was their 'poor behaviour' that entailed you having to check in at the airport ?0 -
RyanAir make it clear they will charge you if you don't check in online https://help.ryanair.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360017682977-Important-Check-in-Information0
