I need some advise on legal insurance.
would like to take one for party wall/boundary dispute and also to cover the rental issues.
Can someone recommend best provider who covers all or few of these property related issues?

Most standard household policies have legal cover available as an optional extra. But I'd be surprised if you found anyone who would cover a pre-existing issue/dispute (if I've understood your post correctly). What do you mean by "rental issues". Again, any of the well-known insurance companies will offer landlord insurance if that's what you mean - this will be a separate policy to ordinary residential buildings/contents insurance.1
