This but it's easier to blame Solicitors.
Working in Conveyancing no doubt sways which side I'm on, but it's still baffling to me how quick people are to blame Solicitors for delaying things when you only need to look on here for some of the legit and comical reasons clients want to delay things.
If we went and told the other side the comical reason to why are client can't complete we would no doubt have the client complaining. So yes it's easier to say things are being reviewed instead of being honest and saying our client can't complete that day because a hairdressers appointment is more pressing.
