    You'll need a proper os map of the property to send with the deeds, I used https://www.emapsite.com/ which was easy to use and quite cheap.

    Or ask your local reference library if they have a large scale map of the area? And photocopy it?

    Yes, of course - that would be the MSE way to go!

    I live a long way away from the house I was registering and was also worried about getting the wrong scale or something. The site I mentioned made that easier. (Of course I don't know if I got it right yet as they haven't processed it!)

    Yes, of course - that would be the MSE way to go!
    Not without the appropriate copyright licence. Or considering whether it's otherwise going to be acceptable to the LR .

    I would use the map search to check what the land reg have for the area.

    ours threw up some extra information we had access rights within the boundry.

    first reg expedited, not a great solicitor so don't know when they submitted just when they said they would,  took  4 months
