Hi all

I wanted to submit my defence for small claims court but am little unsure as to which template I should use. Can someone confirm if they have applied false admin charges on mine please?

It says legal costs and court fees as costs. Cannot see admin costs.

You have left your MCOL password showing on that image.

With a Claim Issue Date of 24th October, you had until Monday13th November to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Did you do that?

I would also like to add that my brother was taken to court for a PCN on his car at the same location. He won the case successfully. Should I refer to his case in my defence?

    Yep that’s done

With a Claim Issue Date of 24th October, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 28th November 2022 to file your Defence.

That's just a week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Thanks. But my question still stands from the OP. Which template should I use? Did they add admin charges?

I have only directed you towards one template.
Where are all these 'other templates' you are considering using?

    Did they add admin charges?
They are asking for £160 'being the PCN and damages'.
So if the PCN was £100, then the 'damages' or admin charge is £60.
