                    Hi all
I wanted to submit my defence for small claims court but am little unsure as to which template I should use. Can someone confirm if they have applied false admin charges on mine please?
It says legal costs and court fees as costs. Cannot see admin costs.

You have left your MCOL password showing on that image.
With a Claim Issue Date of 24th October, you had until Monday13th November to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Did you do that?1

 - All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere

I would also like to add that my brother was taken to court for a PCN on his car at the same location. He won the case successfully. Should I refer to his case in my defence?1

That's just a week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1

Thanks. But my question still stands from the OP. Which template should I use? Did they add admin charges?Jamran said:

Where are all these 'other templates' you are considering using?
They are asking for £160 'being the PCN and damages'.Jamran said:KeithP said:

So if the PCN was £100, then the 'damages' or admin charge is £60.2
