Yes, I have definitely fallen through the cracks here. As you say, the automatic sweep missed us. I want to be on the EPG because otherwise I'll be paying pretty much double the rates for the next 5 months until the EPG ends. After that, who knows. Have just been able to get through to OVO on the phone without much of a wait - must be because the football is on! Anyway, thanks to you all for your prompt and very helpful responses.
