Problems with topping up Boost PAYG energy account

Can anyone help? I’m with OVO for gas and elec. Im on pay as you go I have a smart meter I pay for my gas and electric on my boost app. For the last couple weeks I’ve had trouble with my app updating daily I don’t know how much I’m using and also won’t know when I’m getting low and need to top up. When I put £20 on a couple weeks ago they took it out of my bank it wasn’t added to my online app. I have rung them 4 times now it still hasn’t been sorted. I have a vulnerable person in my house hold but that dosnt seem to worry them either. I just don’t know who to go to as clearly there unable to rectify this problem HELP. There are lots of people with the same problem as me to😡-1
