    Ah, glad I caught the last offer as I see the new one requires an app log in- don't have a smart phone!

    I believe the last one required an app login as well if it was the most recent one?

    *EDIT - just checked the previous one also had the option of internet bank login which as you rightly say has gone from the new offer!

    I received TSB incentive over a year ago so if I apply for an account now and switch and I qualify account for both payments as long as I meet the conditions? 

    I don't hold TSB account anymore but still have credit card with them. 

    My other half has a current account with them. It's not available on existing account. She will have to apply for new acc and switch? 

    Also the account can be applied directly from tsb website not necessary it has to be done via the app? Just thinking about the Quidco cashback too.

    Also the direct debits can be setup after the switch on the account not necessary to be as part of the switch.

    No, point 2 clearly states that the switch MUST include the switching of at least 2 direct debits.
