3. Start date
This promotion will start at 9.00am GMT on 21/11/2022 and is only open to residents of the UK.

4. Closing date 
The closing date for this promotion will be 9.00am GMT on 25/11/2022.

5. Selection of the winner 
There will be 1 winner. The winner of the prize draw will be randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner. TopCashback uses a Gleam app system that captures entrants data in order to choose a winner and to collect all entries and data submitted into the app.

6. Prize 
The prize is a Barista Touch coffee machine with a Bonus Gift Pack & Live Online Masterclass. The Prize is provided by Sage. The promoter may substitute a cash alternative for any prize at its discretion. The prize is non-transferable and excludes any additional costs and expenses. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the description of the prize above.

7. Restrictions and requirements 
Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply.

The winner must enter with a valid email address in order for us to be able to contact and arrange prize delivery.

In order to deliver the prize to the winner of this competition, the winner will be required to provide a delivery address. By entering this competition you are consenting to us sharing your delivery address with the prize provider.

This competition is only eligible to residents of the UK. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion. You must be a TopCashback member to be eligible to receive the prize.

The winner must respond with 48 hours of being notified that they accept the Prize. In the event the winner does not respond within 48 hours the winner shall forfeit the prize and the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
