Who's still waiting for their October pre-payment voucher? :(

I'm still waiting for mine and no sight either of the November one. I'm with SSE
I have contacted them via twitter , web chat and phone. First they told me the October one was re-issued on October 28th,, then November 1st.. and the November one issued on November 8th.
Nothing has arrived and nothing will because I don't really think they are sending anything .
I opened a case with resolver, they replied back they would call me in 5 to 10 days.. that was more than a week now.
They are truly disgusting.

I think it will all shake out eventually.The longer it goes on though, the issue will be the limits of meters and keys that can only hold around £255 - especially if someone is getting the Warm Home Discount aswell.Even if people get in a pickle with too many vouchers the suppliers are still able to credit the funds in other ways.Don't go putting any large credits onto your meter while waiting for the vouchers - that's my advice!

I've just called them again and now they tell me a new October voucher was requested (not re-issued) on November 13th,, and now she said it's the government issuing these vouchers and they have to wait for them
. so everytime I'm told something different

im with SSE too, no voucher in nov, absolute nightmare trying to get hold of anyone, 40 minute wait on the phone, got through to what sounded like a party going on in the background. no resolution.0

i am with british gas and not recieved any vouchers yet and everytime i call them i get a different reason as to why , beginning to give up any hope of ever getting them now0

The are clearly telling lies every time you call them. From October I was told it will be with you next week and then it was the post strike and then the governments fault then the post office were at fault. I received a letter today with informing me a voucher for £66 was with it (hopefully it will be double that). I assume that the barcode on the letter is the voucher but that letter was generated last Friday.0

Just received a text message from BG informing me that as I have not used my November voucher they have added it to my key as a top up and I can go to any payzone and it will be added. Seems like they think I'm going to forget about Octoberborderline said:
