Documents Required For Ltd

I recently just registered my company on 13/11/2022. I'm the sole director. I'm trying to construct a definitive list of all the legal annual documents I need to submit and the respective dates. The accounting period will be from 13th November to 13th November each year. I'm finding this slightly confusing so if someone could look over this that'd be much appreciated.
Thanks.
- Confirmation Statement Due Date: 26/11/2023. (it states this date on the filing website)
- First Annual Accounts Due Date: 13/08/2024 (made up to 30th November 2023) (21 months after the date of incorporation)
- Tell HMRC I don't owe corporation tax Due Date: 14/08/2023 (9 months and one day after the end of the company's accounting period)
- Company Tax Return Due Date: 13/11/2023 (12 months after the end of the company's accounting period ends)
- Self Assessment (Director) Due Date: 31/01/2024 (online). Covering the period 1st April 2022/ 31st March 2023.
Thanks.

All your dates look correct, but has HMRC confirmed your accounting period?
You will need an accountant. A good one will save you money, so your first financial target for your new business should be to earn enough to engage an accountant before any of these deadlines are imminent. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.3 -
Thanks for taking a look. HMRC hasn't confirmed it yet, but I assume it would be on the date of commencement each year?
I haven't added a tax to my business tax account yet as I'm waiting for my UTR, which I believe will arrive 3 weeks after commencement via a letter.
Would using the premium version of Emer.co and talking to the accountants on there class as an account for now?0
