Sky have the following analysis but seems to be completely off -

The chancellor had said the biggest burden will fall on those with the broadest shoulders, but those earning £62,000 will suffer the same £1,600 extra in taxes as those earning £124,000.

Sky are simply selectively rehashing comments from the Resolution Foundation, observing that the impact of threshold freezes on these two groups is the same, rather than commenting on the actual amount of tax paid.

However, the same Resolution Foundation piece also observes that:

Higher-income households will face higher tax hikes as a proportion of their income: 70 per cent of the new taxes for individuals announced yesterday will be paid by the richest fifth of households.

so it's basically a case of lies, damned lies and statistics, i.e. the same basic facts can be twisted in a variety of ways to support different agendas....
