Sky have the following analysis but seems to be completely off -
The chancellor had said the biggest burden will fall on those with the broadest shoulders, but those earning £62,000 will suffer the same £1,600 extra in taxes as those earning £124,000.

However, the same Resolution Foundation piece also observes that:Higher-income households will face higher tax hikes as a proportion of their income: 70 per cent of the new taxes for individuals announced yesterday will be paid by the richest fifth of households.so it's basically a case of lies, damned lies and statistics, i.e. the same basic facts can be twisted in a variety of ways to support different agendas....4
