· This prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 and over. No purchase necessary to enter.

· Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.

· This draw is not open to employees, partners, and associated agents of IDILIQ Hotels & Resorts (IDILIQ), bulk entries or anyone concerned with this promotion.

· The closing date is the 18th of December, 2022. All entries must be received before midnight on the closing date. Winners are selected at random and the Judge’s decision is final. The winners will be notified by telephone within 7 days of the closing date. If contact cannot be made within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and may be passed on to other entrants. It is the winner's responsibility to notify IDILIQ of any change in contact information.

· The prize includes a holiday to the Costa del Sol to include 7 nights of accommodation in a two-bedroom residence sleeping up to 6 people at Wyndham Grand Residences Costa del Sol and a £500 cash contribution towards travel costs. Accommodation and flights are subject to availability and must be taken within 12 months of the draw date.

· Prizes are not transferable. Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.

· Entry into the draw authorises IDILIQ to contact and to publish the name, photo, and country of the winners in connection with the draw. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
