Trip to Mostar, Bosnia

My daughter has been chosen to represent the Youth of Hampshire at an International Summer School in Mostar, at the end of August, as detailed on the enclosed link https://www.a-e-r.org/fileadmin/user_upload/Programmes/ SummerSchool/EventsAndMeetings/2005/SummerSchoolProgramme.doc
She and the other UK delegates have to arrange their transport to and from, and we appear to be looking at £250+ for the air fare.
Just in case, does anyone know of any budget airlines that travel to that area, as I cannot seem to find anything on the net?

Maybe fly to Slovena with easyjet and maybe theres a train to Mostar or fly to italy with ryanair and get a ferry to Bosnia. I've not done this myself just a suggestion.0
