Barclays 0% purchase cc working with Paypal? Cash advance fee?

Hi,
Just checked my Barclays card and got a 0% purchase offer. Will I get charged a cash advance fee if I use the card to top up Paypal? Will Paypal charge me a fee for using the cc to top up my balance?
Would be nice topping up Paypal, use f&f payment and put into savings :-)
Anyone experience?

I don't know for definite, but I think you will. Don't do it unless you know you won't get charged.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

I don't think it's possible to "top up" a PayPal account using a card is it? You have to send money to someone or pay for a purchase.0

I opted for slow stoozing in the end as I deemed it too risky so haven't tried.0
