Best bank account for share of freehold?

Am finding it difficult to decide which is the best bank account to open.
There are 3 flats with 3 directors, we own a company for the freehold, registered on companies house.
Am not to keen on a digital only bank account, I'd like there to be two signatories on a cheque (or digital equivalent if necessary) to pay for maintenance over X amount of money.

Or will any business account do? It seems fees are unavoidable after a year or so.

Thanks for your help

Most business accounts will do what you want but either you have to switch every 12-24 months or pay the £5-£10 fee. Currently the digital banks are offering free banking but then so did HSBC not that long ago but then withdrew the product and migrated people onto £8/month.
